Our Philosophy
We believe that each child is a unique creation of God and, therefore, should be given nurturing and respectful care. We believe that each child's parent/guardian is his/her best care provider and teacher. However, we believe that in the absence of the parent/guardian during the work or school day, the child should be provided a safe, warm and loving environment where like Jesus; he/she can develop physically, socially, emotionally, and spiratually. Each day should provide:
* Physical activities to develop large and small motor skills
* Support in sharing, taking turns, and learning to cooperate with other children and adults
* Adult support in recognizing, controlling, and expressing emotions appropriately
* Opportunities for spiritual development through Bible stories, music, and prayer at mealtime.
We believe that the Director and teachers should love children and have each child's safety and total well being as the core of all the planned activities. The adults should be role models in all actrivities throughout the day. They should provide loving and respectful guidance.
